Doing the dance of communication. Strategic Planning. Social Media. Public Relations.

Maybe you want to share with the world your brand new brand. Maybe you want to launch a business/product/service. Or maybe, just maybe, you don’t know what you want/need. It’s OK (to not be OK). We’re here for any of them. Or else.

About us (from us)

A long time graduate of Communication and Public Relations and a not so long ago graduate of Faculty of Law walked into a Non-Agency and did the dance of “Non-Coercive Marketing”. Still do.

Together, we have more than 12 years of working (and having fun) in the big bad Comm & PR domain.

We did (almost) all things communication: brand strategy (brand archetype, tone of voice, mission, vision, values), communication strategy & plan, PR strategy & plan, social media strategy & plan, copywriting, content writing (blog posts and articles, scripts for videos and podcasts, social media posts, newsletters, pitch decks, one-pagers), research, working with analytics (to help us create better content), working (offline and online) with and coordinating teams and more (as they say on the festivals’ lineups).

And we liked it. Still do. Otherwise we wouldn’t be here now.

Here now, we find ourselves both gravitating towards the creative parts of marketing, and being excited by the analytical side. What animates us the most is trusting people (people before consumers) to be their own authority over their lives and buying decisions.

We believe that psychology in marketing should be about understanding, not manipulating. That marketing is just not our thing.

About us (from others)

Kolbe

I’m terrific when juggling rapidly changing priorities. I’m known for taking risks that are grounded in practical realities. I don’t mess around with what has always been done, but temper my trial-and-error approach by strategizing options.

16 Personalities

My personality type is Mediator (INFP-T). I long for a career that doesn’t just take care of the bills but also feels fulfilling. I want to live in tune with my values, in my career as much as in any other aspect of my life.

That’s what 16Personalities said. Read more.

The Pattern

I work best in collaborative environments, where there’s equal give and take. I play the role of peacemaker and diplomat. A team player, I function well in groups, naturally seeking consensus and setting goals.

That’s what The Pattern said. Read more.

I’m able to use my excellent social skills to augment my work and career. I work best in collaborative environments, where there’s equal give and take. Out in the world, I’m intended to be at ease with people and to be seen as likable and approachable. I’m a natural networker, and seem to have a knack for knowing how to talk to everyone. I thrive in a work environment where my goals are connected to personal relationships and forming meaningful bonds with others. Ideally, my coworkers value long-term partnerships and genuine collaboration.

I want the people in my work environment to be happy and get along and I strive to maintain that. I play the role of peacemaker and diplomat. I can reach out to people and understand their perspectives. A team player, I function well in groups, naturally seeking consensus and setting goals. My diplomatic skills are masterful and driven by a sense of what everyone else needs and what the culture dictates is appropriate to the situation. If I don’t feel comfortable and connected to the people I work with, that’s a sign it’s not the right situation for me. It’s vital that my work environment encourages and inspires me to be myself, and I should feel positive about what I’m contributing.

Sabina

People & tools master. Playing the role of diplomat and harmonizer. Excel lover. Implementer. Innovator.

Kolbe

I am able to take on future-oriented challenges. I lead the way to visionary possibilities and create what others said couldn’t be done. I’ll say “Yes” before you even know the end of the question – then turn it into a productive adventure.

That’s what Kolbe said. Read more.

16 Personalities

My personality type is Assertive Protagonist (ENFJ-A). I find fulfillment in doing what I love most – helping other people and I want to witness the positive effects of our work, to feel and experience gratitude and appreciation.

That’s what 16Personalities said. Read more.

The Pattern

I am ambitious and I have a strong impulse to achieve the world. For me, the ideal project is challenging and meaningful. I am also responsible and the person people go for help and support.

That’s what The Pattern said. Read more.

At work and out in the world I’m intended to take charge and be a responsible force. I thrive in a meaningful role or purpose. I’m ambitious and want to accomplish something significant, but not just for myself – I’m willing to sacrifice for the sake of the greater good. An expert in my area of interest, I enjoy sharing my deep knowledge. I’m both practical and skilled at managing others.

I’m finding that I naturally gravitate toward situations where I’m in charge and can hold things together for others. It’s important for me to have a meaningful role in my career; I’m ambitious, I have a strong impulse to achieve in the world and want to accomplish something significant. It’s important for me to find a career that gives me a clear and necessary function, where I’m able to manage others and reach my goals.

Our work (and fun)

We’re doing it our way.
With a natural, empathic and authentic approach.

We take (good) care that our thoughts, words, behaviors and work align with these values: nature/naturalness, empathy, authenticity. We take responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes.

We don’t believe in titles, especially job titles. We believe in content (both the noun and the adjective 🙃).

We’re based in Cluj-Napoca (Transylvania, Romania), but we’ve remotely and successfully worked with partners (in communication) in Romania, United States of America, Canada.

We’re available to see (feel and understand) the big-small world, so, on this, it doesn’t really matter where you’re from.

Let us see just what you got for us.

“If you really wanna party with me
Let me see just what you got for me
Put all your hands where my eyes can see
Straight buckwilding in the place to be
If you really wanna party with me”
